Founder, Designer & Licensed Contrator
Tom is an award winning designer and licensed contractor who is passionate about creating curated and personalized spaces with modernized technologies for each client. No matter how simple or complex the project may be, Tom’s professional and industry experience works to exceed expectations and achieve exceptional results with creativity in mind.
Tom founded Aspect Design & Construction based on the principal that so much of modern day residential design and construction is lacking in quality customer experience and that can be addressed with improved technologies and operational processes. Transparency and communication around project planning and execution is a primary focus within the services that Aspect Group provides and Tom is extremely focused on setting a new standard for the industry.
Sasha Wylde
Director Of Design & Senior Project Manager
Sasha is an accomplished designer with a human touch who believes in creating unique spaces by bringing out the style of each client in order to transform daily life. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her creative problem solving skills with an exceptional understanding of cabinetry design, spatial relationships and material composition for the products being put into each project.
Sasha grew up in Santa Cruz before earning her degree in Interior Architecture and Adaptive Reuse from The Rhode Island School of Design and has years of experience working with residential homes. Wanting to bridge the gap between the design and construction industry Sasha expanded her experience into the study of building science, project management and hands-on framing in order to integrate good design and communication into the building process.
She uses her knowledge, understanding of human factors and detail orientation to blend with her endless love of the play on textures and creative functionality in her design work.
Seila Slominski
Administrative Assistant
Seila is a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, deeply rooted in the communities surrounding the Santa Cruz Mountains. With an artistic background and fields of study in architecture, computer-aided design, and construction, Seila specializes in construction and energy management, with a focus on sustainable building practices.
Their experience spans from architectural theory to hands-on building engineering, integrating academic knowledge with practical experience. Passionate about all aspects of the industry, and any opportunity for research or hands on experience, they are dedicated to holistically understanding every phase of Construction, from concept to closeout.
